- Size and servings: more people means more sponge, more cream, more time.
- Level of customisation: a simple finish is included; hand modelling or an elaborate theme adds artisan work.
- Lead time: with 2 days or more we work calmly; urgent orders may carry a surcharge depending on the workshop schedule.
- Delivery: home delivery is confirmed by area when the order is placed.

Why does an artisan cake cost more than an industrial bakery one?
Because it's baked only for you: the sponge, the creams and the hand decoration take time. There are no display cakes waiting for an owner here.
Do customisations cost extra?
Yes. The base price includes the flavour and a simple finish; special design, topper or elaborate decoration are quoted according to the work. We always give you a fixed price before confirming.
Does the price include delivery?
Home delivery is confirmed by area and time slot when the order is placed.
I need a size that's not listed, can I?
Of course. Tell us how many of you there are and what you're celebrating, and we'll prepare a quote for a custom size.
